fundraising:
fundraise to help us change more lives.
your fundraising will enable us to help provide vital support for even more people who are struggling with their mental health. as a charity, we massively rely on fundraising to ensure we are able to help as many people as possible. we appreciate every single penny that is donated to us - and every little bit really helps! even raising just £100 will fully fund a therapy session for someone struggling with their mental health, and we are hearing on a daily basis just how life-changing these sessions are.
as we want to make this event as inclusive as possible fundraising is optional, but we have put together some incredible packages if you would like to get involved with raising money!

faqs:
what is the minimum age?
we are accepting children as young as 2 to take part in this event - anyone under 18 will need to be accompanied by an adult.
if my child is running with me, do they need their own entry?
yes, if you are running with your child please buy them their own ticket for the event - please fill out one entry with your own details and a second one with their respective details. we also have children’s spotty tees so please specify that they will require a children’s top along with their size.
is the race accessible for people with disabilities?
yes, we want the event to be open to everyone so we will be ensuring it is accessible.
are dogs allowed?
dogs are allowed on-site at the event but not in the race.
how much does it cost to register?
race entry is £15 which includes a bigmoose spotty tee.
what will i receive before the race?
we will send out a race pack with your bib ahead of the race and your spotty tee.
do i have to wear a bigmoose top?
we are asking everyone to wear one of our spotty tees for the event, and we are covering the price and postage of this within your race entry. if you have an affiliated top eg. a collaboration top from a running club, you will still need to wear one of our original bigmoose spotty tees.
can i change my distance nearer the time?
we'd recommend trying to stick to your designated distance, but understand on the day things may happen so we can change up or down if needed. if possible, please give us at least one weeks notice before the event to arrange your start time.
can i change my fundraising package?
absolutely! simply select the package that you would like to aim for upon registration, and then if you find you would like to move to another package this is fine. for example, you may raise £100 and then want to push your fundraising further and aim for the £250 silver package - this is absolutely awesome, just let us know!
how do i set up a fundraising page?
we will send you a how-to guide via email so you can easily set up a fundraising page on justgiving.
why should i fundraise?
your fundraising will directly help us to provide vital mental health support for more people. even raising just £100 would provide a therapy session for someone struggling with their mental health.
where can i park?
there is no parking on-site but there are a number of car parks nearby to the park in the city centre, we would recommend the sophia gardens pay and display or north road pay and display car parks.
where is the event?
the event will take place in bute park, cardiff, cf10 3er, with loops starting and finishing in coopers field.
